Customisation
As with all of our collections, this design can be customised. In particular, you can choose your finishing touches. With the option to include an illustrated vellum sleeve, belly band or twine to hold your invitations, RSVPs and information cards in one perfectly packaged set, you can make the stationery unique to you. Additionally, select your envelopes from plain or coloured. Then choose whether to have the envelopes lined with a matching watercolour design.

SAVE THE DATES
Yippee! You have set your wedding date. Now it is time to tell your guests to put the date in their diaries. The A6 (148mm by 105mm), flat, save the date design from the Beth Wedding Stationery Collection is the perfect way to do just that. This collection features a floral watercolour design. The design is printed on luxury 340gsm matt card. A sophisticated and modern font clearly displays the date.
INVITATIONS
The Beth invitation is a flat A5 (148mm by 210mm) invitation featuring a floral watercolour design. Like the save the dates, the invitations are printed on a luxury 340gsm matt card. When you order your initiations, let us know how many will be day invitations and how many will be evening invitations, as the wording will be slightly different.
RSVPS
Add an RSVP to your invitations for your guests to reply easily. The flat, A6 RSVP card from the Beth wedding collection can be printed on both sides. As with the invitations and save the date, the watercolour design is printed on a luxury 340gsm card. If you are giving your guests a menu choice prior to the day, include an area for guests to select their options. Then when returned to you, you will have both their wedding acceptance and their choices. Alternatively, you can add your home address to one side of the RSVP, like a postcard. If you prefer, you can leave the back without text. In this case, you will need to let us know to include an envelope for guests to post the RSVP back to you.
INFORMATION CARDS
This stationery suite has the option to include A6 information cards. As with the rest of the collection, the cards are printed on a luxury matt 340gsm card. Generally, we suggest you include up to three information cards, each one holding extra details about the day. For example, you can include more information about the location, directions, timings, photography, accommodation and gifts. The cards can be single-sided or have text printed on both sides.
FINISHING TOUCHES
This collection has a variety of finish options. Firstly, you can add an illustrated vellum sleeve or belly band, featuring the matching watercolour design, to go around the invitations and hold your information cards, RSVP and menu together (depending on which items you choose to include) in one neat invitation pack. Secondly, you can tie rustic twine around the stationery, finished in a bow. Or if you prefer, you can choose to leave the cards loose. Finally, add personalised stickers, tags or wax seals to complete your save the dates, invitations and on-the-day items.
ENVELOPES
Select from plain, coloured, or brown envelopes. In addition to a choice between envelopes, you can have the envelopes lined with the design to match your stationery items, too.
MENU CARDS
If you wish to include menu cards in your wedding invitation packs, we recommend A6 cards to neatly sit with the wedding invitations. We’d also recommend A6 menu cards if you are displaying them on place settings at your wedding reception, too. Because the table settings can get quite busy (with place-names, favours and glasses) we suggest keeping individual menus fairly small in size. But, if you are planning on displaying just one or two menus per table we suggest an A5 menu card. Whichever size you choose, the menu will feature the same design, matching your stationery items throughout.

TABLE NUMBERS
The table numbers are, of course, used to help guests find their seats at the wedding reception. With this in mind, each table number card clearly displays the table number (or name). Additionally, the table numbers are printed in A5 and are double-sided so they can be read from each side of the table. In keeping with the rest of the collection, the cards feature the same watercolour design and they are printed on luxury 340gsm matt card.
PLACE-NAME CARDS
When it comes to place-name cards from the Beth Wedding Stationery Collection, again you have options. The place-name cards can be either a flat design or folded card. In each format, the cards will feature the watercolour design in the top corners. In addition, either format can be printed with an individual guest’s name or left blank for you to write in the names yourself.
TABLE PLAN
Our standard table plans are printed on an A1 (549mm by 841mm) or A2 (420mm by 594mm) mountboard, generally designed to display on an easel. However, if you have a different idea or requirement please let us know. The table plan will also feature the watercolour design to match the rest of the collection.
ORDER OF THE DAY
Our order of the day boards are printed on an A1 or A2 mountboard and are usually displayed on an easel. But, if you have a different idea or requirement please get in touch. Alternatively, you could choose to hand each guest an individual A6 card with the order of the day printed on it.
ORDER OF SERVICE
The order of service in the Beth Wedding Stationery Collection can be either a double-sided A5 design or an 8-page booklet for church ceremonies. Whichever option you choose, it will contain all of the details you give to us for the service.

THANK YOU CARDS
Finally, don’t forget your thank you cards. Once the wedding is over, you’ll want to share your gratitude to all of your friends and family for their support and for attending your wedding. Here you have a choice of either a flat postcard-style thank you card (either A5 or A6) or a traditional folded card (145mm squared). As with the rest of the collection, both will feature the bouquet design.
