Sewing a missing button back onto your dress before you glide down the aisle. Help your grandparents find their seats at the wedding breakfast. Ensuring the photographer will wrap up the group photographs on time. Nothing is out of the question when it comes to ensuring your day runs seamlessly. Becci will liaise with all of your suppliers on your wedding day so that you can enjoy a blissful morning of wedding preparations without being pestered with loads of last minute questions.

WEDDING PLANNING Consultancy

I aim to be your knowledgeable friend, your listening ear and your helping hand. The wedding planning consultancy service will guide you through your wedding planning journey.
From the moment you get engaged I will be on hand to help you navigate every step of the planning process. Starting with helping you source a venue and choose your wedding suppliers. From the florist to the caterers, we will work together to find the professionals that are a great fit for you, your wedding theme and your budget. I will guide your entire planning process. Including all of your wedding admin, sourcing suppliers and helping you with budget management. Together we will work out your seating plan and I will help you with guest management. We will have unlimited contact throughout the planning process right up to the day before you get married. I get to know you both, and what you want for your special day (and what you really don’t want, too!), and we will work hand-in-hand to plan the wedding of your dreams.
on-the-day WEDDING COORDINATION

If you want to do all of the planning yourself, but need someone experienced to oversee your wedding day and make sure everything is executed perfectly – leaving you to enjoy every moment – this is the package for you!
This package starts with an initial meeting around six months before your wedding day. Firstly, we will go through all of your chosen suppliers, set-up ideas and we’ll work together to finalise a running order. I will then create thorough wedding day schedules and liaise with your suppliers in the month before your big day. Closer to the wedding date, we will meet at your venue for a final run-through to review every detail. On the morning of your wedding day, you will find me overseeing the set up of the decorations and details, working hand-in-hand with your chosen suppliers and venue. I will be the first point of contact for all of your suppliers, guests with queries and of course for the happy couple on the big day, taking care of any questions, issues and the timings of the day.

Combine our Wedding Planning Consultancy service with our On-the-Day Coordination Package. Our full wedding planning service includes everything in both of the previous packages.
Working at weddings across Somerset and Devon, with my expertise, I will help you plan and execute the wedding of your dreams. We will start the process with an initial meeting where we can brainstorm all of your ideas, before I get to work recommending suppliers to suit your vision. I will guide your entire planning process. Including arranging meetings and supplier visits, all of your wedding admin, helping you with budget management and working out a full payment schedule. Together we will work out your seating plan and guest management. I will be with you ever step of the way, both in the lead up to and on the big day. We will have unlimited contact throughout the whole planning process. I get to know you both, and what you want for your special day and we will work hand-in-hand to plan your perfect wedding.
